For recurring monthly services, agreements continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. Clients may cancel recurring services by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice before the next billing cycle.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all marketing assets, development work, landing pages, automation systems, software components, and proprietary deliverables created by Cypress Universal remain our intellectual property until contractual obligations have been fulfilled.

Upon cancellation of services, we reserve the right to deactivate, remove, or discontinue access to assets hosted, managed, or maintained under our infrastructure.

you agree not to:

• Payments for monthly and fixed-price services are generally required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are due according to the billing schedule outlined in your agreement.
• Ongoing services may be billed automatically for the following service period.
• All fees paid to Cypress Universal are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services
